studio FAQs
While we recommend signing up for class in advance, it is not required. You are welcome to walk-in. However we cannot guarantee there will be a spot available for you in class if you do not sign up in advance.
If you are new to the studio, have questions, need to sign up or make a purchase, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before class. Otherwise, we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before class. We provide blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps here at the yoga studio, however, if you'd like to bring your own, you are more than welcome. We have a few spare yoga mats at the studio in case you forget your own. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water.
Late cancellation window for yoga classes is 75 minutes before class begins. Late cancellation window for workshops & special events is 150 minutes before start time. This longer cancellation window for workshops & special events accounts for the time and effort teachers spend planning for class and preparing materials - for example, the instruments and extensive set up for Sound Immersion or the art supplies and servings of cacao for Cacao Ceremony. No-shows will forfeit their class pass/purchase. We understand that emergencies and illness do happen. Please feel free to email us if you believe your forfeited late cancelled or no-show class should be reactivated.
We ask that you silence or turn off your phone and all electronics and leave them in our cubbies outside of the yoga space. We understand that some of you may be on-call and in that case, simply let us know.
We aim to keep our yoga floors as clean as possible. Please leave your shoes in our cubbies. Taking off your shoes is also a sign of respect for the space, the practice, and our community.
Yes we do. We offer a 10% discount on all yoga class purchases. However, this discount can only be applied on purchases in our studio. To take advantage of this offer, please make a purchase at the studio either before or after class, with a valid student ID. Senior is considered 65 and over.
We will always do our best to give plenty of advance notice before we cancel a class. We are a small, family owned and operated yoga studio, so sometimes cancellations do come up. We also reserve the right to change or cancel a class at any time. If and when we do cancel a class, students who already paid and signed up will be refunded or they can choose to have their account credited.
Yes. We have a free parking lot right in front of the studio.
We do not have set hours. We are open whenever we have an offering on our schedule. Our doors open at least 15 minutes before class starts and the doors are locked 10 minutes after class has started. If our doors are locked, we are either closed or there is a class in session.
