*important announcement* Construction is complete! Beginning 12/31/24, classes will resume at our MAIN studio, 7444 Post Road. Moving forward, when you sign up for class, take note of "ANNEX studio" in class title. If class has "ANNEX studio" in its title, it is at our ANNEX studio at 7358 Post Road. Don't worry if you get mixed up, they're about a 30 second drive apart.
class schedule
Doors open 15 minutes before class and lock 5 minutes after class has started.
If doors are locked, we are either closed or class is in session.
We offer over 25 classes per week as well as workshops and other special events. Check out our schedule here or on the MINDBODY app daily for class updates.
